My firm is heavily dominated by men at all levels. They out-number women by around 8-1.Is this typical?

Met a lot of women at Accenture during my interview process, all lovely too :)

Surely they were all in HR? There's practically no females in SI or bus. consulting. @ ACN, more's the pity.

Well this was the second round so it was consultants aswell.Mine was from Human Performance. Dissapointed to hear about the lack of women. Was hoping Chicago would be a blast in that respect.
