Bonus expectations this year?
Paid Peanuts
07.11.6 00:00
With the Christmas season fast-approaching, thought I'd test the waters to see what bonus expectations people out there have. I remember there was a thread on here a while back about consulting salaries, so perhaps we could all replicate this and share amongst the consulting community our bonus expectations for this year...So please respond with answers to:Q1. Which firm do you work at and what is your current rank?Q2. Do you expect bonuses at your firm to be better or worse than last year overall?Q3. What bonus are you expecting to receive?I don't have a good feel for this yet, hence the forum post...

Should be good in PA ...

Hi all,Like many of the top end consultancies, PA had an excellent year this year (even better than last year) so we could probably expect bonus levels to be up again. One of the benefits of being an employee owned firm is that the partners don’t get to pocket all of the increased profits during the good times.
