Hi all, im at accenture, and was wandering what the attrition stats are looking like after the pay structure review?</br> Heard today that FS has over 50% attrition and that virtually all managers/SMs in strategy have left?</br> What&apos;s going on?

Heard from an SE that attrition specifically in the UK has been identified at the ACN global leadership level as a serious issue, which they have formed a "hit squad" to address.Don&apos;t know what the numbers are or what they think they are going to do about it aside from increase salary.What pains me is knowing that the fill the vacant positions they will have to offer higher salaries to the new recruits, while continuing to shaft the existing employees.Alternatively, they might drop the quality of new hires if they can&apos;t offer them a decent salary.

I&apos;m a recruiter at a competitor, and half my FS pipeline is made up of disgruntled Accenture people...

I just left Accenture.A partner told me that staff turnover for Accenture UK/I was 26% in 2005/06.

Overall attrition for Accenture in the UK is around 10% per annum - possibly a little less.That&apos;s just an aggregate figure to help put sub-groups&apos; figures into perspective.

Ive heard that attrition within FS actually borders the 50% mark. </br>Crazy times, is this a reaction to the pay model change? Its got to be hasn&apos;t it?</br>

Surely the pay model couldn&apos;t have been that big a change or a shock though (?)I&apos;ve seen the breakdown in thread 17388 but I would have thought that Accenture have had strict performance management in place for quite a while. Was it really much more generous before?

Well, yeh basically. A2> C1 promotion in 2005 would be roughly 34k upto 45k for the very best, with avg C1 salary around £42k.</br>Even the very highest performers could max earn £38k at C1 in 2006 promotions.</br>In effect the best lose roughly £7 k in promotions.</br>This is probably why people are leaving in droves i would say.
