Heard from an SE that attrition specifically in the UK has been identified at the ACN global leadership level as a serious issue, which they have formed a "hit squad" to address.Don't know what the numbers are or what they think they are going to do about it aside from increase salary.What pains me is knowing that the fill the vacant positions they will have to offer higher salaries to the new recruits, while continuing to shaft the existing employees.Alternatively, they might drop the quality of new hires if they can't offer them a decent salary.
