Partner interviews can vary between Practice but is generally some CV review, some thoughts on any industries you've worked in and for some areas case study/ problem solving (likely this won't apply to ITI though).Certainly worth preparing for, as with all companies, the partner has the hire decision and can overrule results from the other interview stages (whether they were positive or negative for you).
