I am a Scandinavian ex consultant that manage the development and service center for a European owner, in Bangalore. I have gained insights into growing a software product company for global expantion and setting up offshoring shop overseas.I would now greatly appreciate advice on how to capitalise and my next steps? Im looking at staying in India (unlikely), get in other relevant companies with similar plans, or consulting. I am from India presently working and living in the UK as Change management consultant and have long term plans to go back to India. Have you considered joining a vendor?Accenture, IBM, ACS and Hewitt have operations in India- and some of their work is 'consulting' to client firms on implementation, SMO structure etc etc.
