I am going through recruitment process with Edengene. I have been impressed with what I have read about them. Could someone who knows them kindly put me wise on the following: 1. Where do they stand as a strat house?2. Would having them on the CV be good/not good?3. What is the culture like?4. Your personal experience with them/any other info you think would be useful I would be greatful for your insights.Baz

Edengene is a reputable strategy consultancy. However, I would be carefull getting your hopes up. I know a number of people who were invited for an interview with them but things never worked out - Edengene took ages to set up the interview, they came back and said the are no longer looking, they were turned down after first round interview etc. I don't know anyone who has been offered a permanent position (they are always interested in associates) with Edengene in the last 18 months.
