If you currently work for Accentrue you might be better trying to get on one of their Australian jobs. They have quite a few very large programs in Australia and i know they are struggling to resource them. That way you get to move over, spend $ and earn £ - a very nice situation (and one that im in!)You can expect much lower packages in Australia that you would in the UK. It all depends on rank and experience etc. A new graduate would be on $50 to $70k. 5 years experience or so (principal or manager level) would probably be on $120 to $170K. Exchange rate is roughly 2.5 $ to £.Having said that the cost of living is much less. I would have thought, even with a salary reduction, you would be better off in Australia.
