This new forum is just plain cr*p. For the 2nd time in a week I posted a response to a thread and the forum responded by chomping it up and deleting the whole thread. This is just rubish and infinitely worse (and slower) than the old one. Tony please get a clue and replace this junk with a decent product. There sensibly priced commercial products and open source forum software that are in a different class than this nonsesense. There is a real wealth of value in the insights of the people that frequent here but the idea is for technology to make it easier to interact not harder. I just can't use this anymore, if at an time, my posts and every one else's can dissapear, not to mention waiting for up to a minute for the page to refresh.I'm sorry to be blunt but I have to be honest.

I may not share the OPs views on the software used to run the forums but I would appreciate being able to visit the site at the weekends without being offered the opportunity to view a tumescent ten inch male appendage nor indeed any of the extra-curricular activities that it may indulge in. Whilst I am sure that everything has it's place I am sure that top.consultant.com isn't the appropriate home for this activity. Perhaps these advertisers should be directed to on-top.consultant.com

I laughed out loud! But this is yet another consequence of the ridicilously substandard forum platform. Any forum worth its salt has a simple registration process that keeps out the spammers, no to mention the enhanced features.
