I have been reading this forum for a few weeks now, so I thought I'd put my question across to everyone on here.I've had 3 years of work exp in a Finance graduate scheme at an IB (think JP Morgan/barcap etc) as well as completing the CIMA qualification. I am interested in making a career switch to Consulting (at big 4, as MBB is unlikely to bat an eyelid), but am not so keen on tech implementation style roles and ideally would be looking to move to a FS strategy consulting role, but would also be looking at Finance Consulting/CFO Advisory type positions. Would applying for Snr Consultant roles at big 4 be pushing my luck? Alot of those advertised seem to require some sort of previous managerial experience, of which I have no direct line management exp.
