Hi all-I have a quick career advise. I am a 3rd year Senior Analyst (promoted on 2nd year from Analyst) in Accenture and am looking for an opportunity to move to Big 3 (Bain, McKinsey, or BCG) as a Consultant by end of next year (2015).First of all, is this be a feasible plan? If so, what I can I prepare now until next year to increase the odd of landing the consultant position in the Big 3?Thanks!

The most direct answer is that if you have to ask if you are good enough for MBB you probably arent. But that aside, it's easy to determine this - if you have stellar academics, are an insecure, OCD overachiever who thrives on a sort of masochistic cycle of being told you are elite yet need to constantly overperform to prove it, then you should be fine.Basically, if you have the academic to have a chance then go for it. If you arent a 1st class from oxbridge ( russel group at least) and have the extras then you will probably not be successful.Wont hurt to try but dont rely on it.
