The key advice is the same for all telephone based interviews. Remember that you will actually lose about 70% of your usual communication because its not verbal, so focus on your tone, pacing etc. Keep a more formal posture and environment for the call, walk around etc, all keeps you conscious of how quickly you are talking, what you are saying, and will be keep a natural variance in your voice. Also - important - talk in smaller chunks than you would face to face, checking frequently that you are addressing the question and that the interviewer is engaged. Also - in a face to face interview you can take a momentary pause to put an answer together, whereas in a tele interview you obviously can't. So instead break down the question and verify your understanding of key points in responding. This will keep you on track, show you are listening, and give you structure to answer.
