I am a Program Manager at IBM with 15 years of experience. At what level should I join Accenture

Hopefully you're seeking to join Acn in the USA otherwise it's a Programme Manager. If you're any good then SM (in new Acn career terms Level 6). Would be helpful to know your current package and more importantly what you would be willing to move for.

Would be helpful to know your current package and more importantly what you would be willing to move for.[/quote]In theory SM as you say but bear in mind IBM doesn't do "up or out" like Accenture do - you can get guys and girls at the equivalent of ACN SM level who are nearing retirement so 15 years might be the same as consultant level...

Ground level. That's almost always where the front door is. There will be some Accenture buildings where you can get in through a window, but folk will look at you strangely.Sigh......very long boring call ....must surely be my turn to provide my three minute update...
