I'm looking for some advice here. I'm British but have been working in the German market on public sector contracts for over 10 years and am at director level at a boutique consultancy / economic research unit. My specialisation is strategic OD and change. I have worked with high level clients in central government reporting to board level, mainly in the health, social and education sectors.I am now interested in moving on to work also (but not necessarily exclusively) in the UK market and would consider freelance contracts with public sector specialists. Which consultancies should I be talking to?Cheers

Such as unelected bureaucrats working for quangos who think they are "running the country" because they have huge budgets (courtesy of the taxpayer) but wouldn't know a P&L or the concept of "value creation" if it hit them in the nose?
