I'd like some advice from anyone with BCG experience.I'm a consultant at one of BCG's European offices. I've been thinking about moving to one of the bigger offices in Europe in a year or so when I become Project Leader. Is this something that tends to happen or is it particularly difficult? Would it be tougher to do right after my promotion as the office may expect to get some value out of it?I'd rather not ask directly yet as it might be misinterpreted.

Which office/region are you in, and where are you considering?

I'm in one of the smaller offices in southern Europe. I'd rather not say which since my collegues occasionally read the forum. I'm thinking about London or Munich at the moment, though I've considered other options. Variety and intellectual stimulation are my main drivers for this.
