I have been invited to an assessment day at IBM (Southbank office) for their HCM Practice (Learning and Development specifically).Do any of you know have any pointers? Are there certain tests and if so what are they looking for? I know there is a group activity; do any of you know what they are looking for? or what will be covered?Any advice will be welcomeThanks

Best possible advice I could give you is not to join IBM, unless you want a start in IT or outsourcing.BCS are a body shop, and treat their people terribly, which is why they really struggle to retain quality staff.Apply to a quality Human Capital consultancy like Mercer

At this stage I am happy to join any consultancy as this will be my entry into the industry.A lot of the other firms are looking for past experience in consultancy and I do not have any (I have over 5 years experience in a dot com)If you do any any insights into the assessment day I would appreciate any tips.thanks
