Hi all,I'm chemistry Ph.D. (University of Wisconsin-Madison, a top 10 program, graduating in 4 years--avg. is 5ish) with undergrad from Boston College (gpa 3.2, top 40 school). I am interested in strategy consulting. What are my chances for getting a job and my chances for success at strat firms? What are some recommended firms I should look at? I'll just have turned 26 when I graduate w/ the Ph.D. (if that's important for culture)Thanks for your input,bag

If you see strat firms recruiting in your campus, then your chances are decent (not good, but decent). If you have to apply by sending your resume through their website, then your chances are very slim.
