Dear All,For last month I’ve been working on and reworking my CV. I’ve used lots of hints from different websites, I asked also few friends to assess it and - as a final check - I used some 'free review' services. In general I get positive feedback from these 'free reviews' however some of them state that they would change layout, phrases, etc. and offer me their services. To be honest I am pretty happy with my reworked CV and also don’t want to make it 'one of millions' so prefer to do it by myself (personal touch ;-) rather than use templates. But on the other side maybe indeed my CV needs be changed and what 'free reviewers' suggest is not only driven by their desire to sell their services...?Having said that I was wondering whether any of you experienced with CVs would be so kind as to have a look on mine and advise? Thanks in advance for your help!lucas

Hi All,Short piece of news in the morning - maybe will help any of you. I asked for CV advice and Mike from Druid IB offered his help. We got in touch and must admit that it was the best feedback I've received so far on my CV. Mainly because it was tailored to my CV and not copy-paste as many 'CV reviewers' do. So thanks Mike and following ebay's language: highly recommended.Lucas

Just wanted to say thanks to Mike for undertaking this work and to Lucas for sharing the positive experience with us. We sometimes see recruiters being criticised for their lack of professionalism, so it's nice to be able to shine the light on someone who's going that extra mile to make candidates / readers happy. Keep up the good work Mike!Rgds, Tony Restell (Top-Consultant.com)

I'd just like to add to the above.I emailed Mike from druidib.com yesterday about my CV and today he sent back a really detailed and useful set of comments, which have helped me improve it a lot. Incredibly helpful and extremely professional - thank you very much indeed, Mike.

I also contacted Mike and his approach was a refreshing departure from the usual suspects who feed candidates the same old fodder..The industry needs more people like Mike
