Can someone please let me know about PRTM interview structure i.e. is it just face to face talking or do they inclde case studies, quantitative tests etc. Or is it a mix of both? WHY on earth they are they based out of Oxford?? any logical reason e.g. lot of customers in that area?? the commute from London can be daunting...

But how can they be a bad company to work for when they've been ranked by Consulting News as the best company to work for over the last 2 years? Rating is derived from their own consultant surveys.

I went through the interview process at PRTM. I did one interview with a principal who was very austere. Nonetheless, I did like him. I then did a morning of 6 interviews with other principals on the trot, inlcuding a case study.It was very much a one way exchange process. When I tried to getmore info on projects and how they were delivered, I found them guarded. I couldn't get a fix on the working environment and culture. For that reason alone I was not prepared to join.
