I have been in consulting for 5 years and have a strong CV. I was originally with Big 4 consultancy but am now with a much smaller player and finding my promotion and pay options limited. As such, I figure it is time to move. I am currently at consultant level. I see very little difference between consulting firms so the key question is who will pay me the most and give me the most opportunities to progress?

it is tempting to get out of counsulting, but to be honest I don't mind staying in consulting for a bit longer. However, I would like to like to get the best bang for my buck! Who is best to apply to? Deloitte, Atos, someone else? Who pays the best and offers the best opportunities?
