I did the first round in London.Read up on case studies and practice doing calculations in your head quickly. I did three completely different ones. One in overall strategy (increasing profits), a tricky market sizing, and one in operations.Furthermore, make sure to ask the right questions (about company and office culture, projects and what your role would be on them etc.) - ask them even if you know the answer it shows that you think about these things. I had written some down in advance to show that I had actually thought about what it would be like working for them. They are also looking a lot for personality so make sure you come by as the person they would like to get stuck in an airport with.I flunked one of the cases and they said that was why I did not get through, they said the other stuff was fine so make sure to demonstrate business understanding. But with your back ground that should work-out ok.Still the interviews were very down to earth, they are friendly people so relax and enjoy it.Good luck.
