They came up with a rather complicated spin on basic problem solving technique some years ago, and sell it into whoever will listen - which includes a long list of blue chips I hasten to add. I don't know if they do anything other than (bog standard) classroom training. If they can't be clear on their web, then they'll just be flogging whatever they can (including training) to make a living in all likelihood (that actually puts them alongside PWC, Andercenture, KPMG, Cap and the rest, frankly) If the client list is good, and they look after you, that's what counts.
