That sounds about right to me - they are not completely cut-throat/arrogant in general. However, they are so big that, even within Supply Chain, there are going to be differences and pockets of other cultures, especially where there are principals/partners bought in from other places. Worst that can be said is that some of the consultants are over-conservative, unimaginative/conventional, or have "stuck-up" personalities. But the same will go for other places.I would think that your impressions of the people you met at interview would be as good a guide as any. I presume you were interviewed by some pretty senior people from the unit, but if not then ask if you can go back and meet them before making a decision.
