First hand reports I've had are it's decent, friendly place to work. Matured somewhat in very recent years (post BT) and I'm told it has more of a big company feel these days. They are looking to diversify their work from just pure project/programme management, something I understand they were less keen to do until recently. So perhaps bring some ideas of how you might support that. They are still very heavily project and programme management types though, so make sure your experience here comes to the front, all the buzz words etc.
