Hi,Would appreciate any insight or experience with PwC and Deloitte consulting. I am 2nd year MBA and am invited to both final rounds (PwC Advisory-People & Change; Deloitte-Strategy & Operation) but they are on the same day, and both would not reschedule. Now I have to choose one of them...It's a tough choice. From what I've heard from friends PwC may be easier to get in but don't do much strategy work. Deloitte does more strategy work but pickier with candidates. Would appreciate any opinion!!

If you're good enough and well prepared, your decision shouldn't be based on "which one is easiest to get into" - it should be based on which one will be the best for you

At the risk of stating the obvious, if you want to work in Strategy, why are you applying to PwC People and Change? Easy choice surely...

Deloitte S&O wins this one hands down.
