anyone got their feedback yet? how does salary structure look this year?

I got my feedback and found out today that I won't be promoted. I told my boss/CC that in that case I would leave as I'm not willing to wait to until December 2015 for the next promotion window. Especially as I have an offer from a small consultancy firm for nearly £25k more than my current basic. I imagine that there will be a whole load of Consultants/Managers leaving over the next few months.

No promotion here.I'm off to industry - had enough of this travelling game and not going to slog it out for over a year to maybe get promoted. Small pay hit sadly but much bigger bonuses and office down the road.

Frio and presidentbartlet sorry to hear you didn't get promoted. Sad to hear you guys will be leaving especially as I just joined ACN.No doubt in a few years time I'll be going through the laddering process too.

To be clear though, I wouldn't change a thing and there's no way I'd be moving into such a senior role at a bank with such a few years of experience if it wasn't for my time at Accenture and the contacts and experience it bought me.(or any consultancy I suspect...)

@presidentbartlet @fro Shame you guys are leaving but perfectly understandable. I joined ACN just after the laddering (4 months ago) and i'd like to think this is a good thing as i now have time on my hands to put things in place for a possible promotion next year. I have been told it could be a cruel exercise though...
