I am getting more and more offers to work (freelance) in the Netherlands. The projects sound good but I'm not 100% sure about the tax situation. I know I will expect to pay 45-50% if I pay Dutch tax.Can anyone give me a definitive answer to this question as agencies seem to say 2 things:1. All work in the Netherlands is taxable in the Netherlands. Full stop.or 2. If you have a UK based company (my own) that provides the service with me as the 'representative', then my taxes should still be sorted in the UK. And as my company is providing an out of country service, VAT is also not charged.Thanks,Jeff.
