OK - not the answer you're looking for, but you maybe able to help. I saw your note on the 6 Sigma strand.Do you know of any UK blue-chip companies that actively use 6-sigma in non-manufacturing applications? The focus is generally internal to a companies operations and not something that's relatively easy to find out.
