Hi, I'm starting a role within LogicaCMG in the summer. The initial starting salary is allot lower than many of its competitors: 22,000 per year rather than 26,000+. Does anyone know what the potential to earn within LogicaCMG is like i.e. what would I expect to be earning in one or two years time? All the other aspects of the package are very good i.e. development opps etc, but the pay is more than questionable.

£22,000 is the market rate for companies like Logica,Steria & EDS. In two years your salary should be on £30K + if you do well.
