I went for interview with the new BAS function in E&Y over two weeks ago, and they never came back to me with the results of the interview. I've had no response to e-mails to HR either requesting feedback. Is this sort of poor treatment of interviewees standard across E&Y? I understand they are struggling to recruit people. I can see why !!!

Yup - have heard that they really handle their recruitment process very badly.A friend of mince from PA interviewed with them recently, where they were very positive in the interview but also never followed up on it. Very sloppy really ...If this is how they treat interviewees, I can't imagine that they treat employees very well either

I had a very positive interview expereince with E&Y. Very professional, quick follow up and made an offer the evening of the last interview. The HR department were available for questions as was the partner who interviewed me.
