Hi,I went to a grad assessment a few months ago and am starting with Capgemini in September. The day was by far the most relaxed one that I went. The partner interview is quite tough and they really want to challenge you but my advice would be to make sure ypur arguments/ reasoning are logical and come across as well thought through, make eye contact and stand your ground!prepare the case study really well and maybe even put together a presentation (I didn't use powerpoint but some others did). For the case study just make sure you really undertand what it's about and don't just try to says things because they sound good.I'd also do some practice case studies (for the gtoup exercise and on the spot case study)- they're quite easy to find on the internet and thre are plenty of books.Practice the verbal reasoning test on the SHL website - these were harder than the Capgemini one so I didn't find it too bad on the day.Other than that good luck!
