Hi allConsidering a move from being a Senior Finance Manager with big services blue chips (CIMA 5 years post qualified experience) to a Finance Transformation Consultant. Any tips on firms I should target ? which are the best recruitment consultants to use ? any ideas on level of package ? anyone done similar recently ?

I hear Capgemini have a strong presence in Finace transformation and seem to be leading the way in that area. Packages there would be about 60k & bonus for your level I would suspect.

Thanks RobI have an interview with E&Y - read the debate about E&Y in general so don&#39;t want to repeat it but anyone been interviewed or moved in the Finance consulting area ? any tips or good/bad expernces ?Cheers
