EY is dipping a toe into CDD, but they don't (yet) have much credibility - this is at least in part due to some vendor-instructed DD projects where the EY corporate finance guys made the EY CDD guys spin the investigation a bit too far towards the vendors point of view...EY's operations consulting team (which does at least some post-deal integration) is good - Kim Stubbs is a good guy, and they seem to know their stuff.I think the opportunities are good for junior-to-mid-level people. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with more than about 5 years experience, unless you're happy to be a little less ambitious and take things a bit slower.
