Hello. Atos do well on work life balance - we still grumble a bit about it, but compared to other big firms it's pretty flexible. People who join us from accenture can't believe how 'easy' we have it. that's not to say it's a walk in the park!No major complaints on salary, and plenty of room to rise up the ranks if you are any good.Pretty strong on IT Strategy - the finance stuff is done by the Financial Management practice, and some of it is IT related (Hyperion, Cognos, etc) - but focus is less on techie stuff than more on business process stuff.
