Hello all!My question is concerning the different consultant levels at PA.I will start shortly as a consultant at PA in the ISI practice.Could anyone tell me how long it normaly takes for you to climb from one level to the next, i.e. to move from a consultant level to managing consultant for example. What are the salary-differences between the different levels?Do you normaly get any raises yearly the time you do spend on a specific level?Thanks for any input!

When you join, ask for the 'green book'- that has competencies, suggested minimums at each level, PA's progression philosophy etc. Salary increases depend entirely on your performance, the performance of your practice and the senior partner's discretion. Again, when you join you should be given a buddy (if not, ask) who is someone of a similar level who can answer such questions honestly and completely.Good Luck
