If this is your first job in consulting - go for RB; better name, more stable company; you're more likely to have the chance to learn tried and tested methods.If you're looking to make a move into an area where you can stamp your mark, then E&Y would be my choice, as they're all new.In finishing - you lucky barsteward!

RB- without a second thought.Rumor has it EY are in a bit of a pickle- if you call the reception and ask for the consulting division they allegedly redirect you to Cap Gemini- that can't be good for business...

Roland Berger for sure.EY have problems. Their consulting division wallows in between "out of their depth" and "over the top".There is near-zero ascension to partner level, and they're storing up an incredible backlog of directors, ADs and senior execs.
