Hi Guys,I'm attending a 1st round interview for a role within the project management practice any ideas as to what they'll ask? Is there anything to bear in mind such as their stron emphasis on public sector etc?I've some non formal experience in this area but haven't followed any set metodology.Secondly I'm rubbish at the physcometric tests (but will practice!), has anyone got in just on teh back of their interview?Cheers.Ronnie

I went for a PA interview and i am not very good at the tests either - I got rejected because of tests. The interviews went very well though :( So make sure you practice and practice!
