Far as I'm aware, the most aggrieved people about the CG/EY have voted with their feet and left or got used to it and piped down somewhat. I don't think it'll be a issue you feel much if you're a new joiner.Comparing the consulting divisions only, CG/ACN both work hard (dependant on project demands of course). CG has better people from those I've met - more intelligent, adaptable, better interpersonal skills. ACN people are also fairly smart, but can be a bit narrow-minded (in terms of their professional knowledge, and culturally). ACN has excellent technical training, while CG has more human capital to draw on for on the job training. Both CG and ACN have big support networks as you'd expect and both have fixed progression paths. The Spanish video link that was posted on this forum a few weeks ago is a good insight to ACN culture. By contrast, CG is more concerned with the way you go about doing work being as important as the work itself.
