Hi,I've just been through PAs first round. It consisted of about 45 minutes to do the verbal and numerical reasoning test, a 1 hour meeting with a senior manager from the practice I am looking at (PPM). This was followed by 30 mins with HRThe manager interview went into the detail of my CV, around previous work done on projects, reasons for leaving present job, what it was I thought PA could offer and what I could offer PA. Pretty standard screening stuff. Be yourself. They are not looking to catch you out. The HR interview went into detail about skill set, why you think you'd fit in, checked out dates of jobs etc and general HR questions. On the whole it was a painless experience. Hope that helpsMalcolm
