Apparently "Hitachi Consulting ... are pulling together much of the former team from Andersen Business Consulting to build a global consulting brand."No disrespect to either Hitachi or the ex-ABC guys, but does the world really need another 'global consulting brand'?The world needs many things - more food and medical care being high on the list - but, my somewhat jaundiced opinion, the world needs another 'global consulting brand' as much as Pluto (the planet) needs refrigerators.All the best from an ex-consultant, now doing a 'proper job' in the South Atlantic.JT

Hitachi don't have a consulting brand right now, but... ABC have worse than no reputation.Many of Andersen's consultants may well be regrouping at Hitachi, but I think they have seriously misjudged the market in making it the core of their publicity.
