Any insider views on what happens after all the interviews are over? How do they make the final decision? How long does it normally take?Thanks alotC

Everyone involved in the process gets togheter, chat through your scores and their impressionsand they decide whether to make an offer or not. If people have difficult/demandingclients,it can take sometime to get together, but they don't mindyou nagging- after beingbrushed off a couple of times by HR I called the headof the practise I wanted to join and asked for the job-and I got it

How did you get on ?

It took them 3 weeks to get back to me - even though they knew I was going away/ had other offers on the table that I had to accept/reject and they told me in the day of the interview they would get back to me within in next few days. I heard nothing, accepted another offer and they then called me in the middle of the night in New Zealand to tell me I hadn't got it! - now there's organisation for you!!!
