Hello!As the title suggests, i have offers from both. In this forum, and in professional circles, RB is not considered much outside of Germany. On the other hand EY has just started, and theyhave no guarantee of a steady profitable business. The offers are for the same grade and have similar salaries. Please advise!

Alex - RB may have a lower profile outside Germany than within, but it is nonetheless a top strategy firm and anyone who has worked there has achieved something that will not go unnoticed by business schools, clients or future employers. It is still a place that has very high entry requirements and where consultants will work on top-end strategy assignments. You could certainly aspire to move to Bain / BCG / McKinsey / Booz / etc. from RB, I'm not sure the same could be said if you joined EY...
