Hello guys, First time in here. Actually came to it by accident. I am interviewing in EY business advisory programme. I have been advised that they are not big on top traditional (UK universities), but prefer more rounded candidates who don't merely have the academic boxes ticked, but more importantly can show excellent rounded practical knowledge about the professional and financial services (for example), and how consulting fims can bring their pool of knowledge and expertise to bear at the client sharp end.For me this is good news. I am just wondering if anyone has been on these non-numerical/verbal-reasoning interviews. They probably at first glance, sound less intimidating, but I suspect that the truth is that they actually show more about a person and therefore potentially the pitfalls at the interviews are greater. Can anybody please share - discuss. Critical Thinking Tests.... what the hell is that!? HELP.... Thanks you in advance
