I'd like to know what are my candid options in returning to consulting, I would actually like to venture into freelance consulting later on and would like to acquire relevant experience now:1. I have a BSc in Electr. Eng and MSc in Data Comm. Sys.2. 2yrs work experience in Accenture3. Presently working in Industry (cadbury Schweppes)as a Business Process Mgr alongside the Business Developmet team4. I am over 30yrs and of foreign origin with a valid UK work permit I'd like to know if I have a chance getting into the big 5 firms.Advice/suggestions are welcome...

Hello Askee. Based on the limited info above, I would say your chances are reasonably good - but a lot will depend on what you were doing at Accenture. Were you in a client-facing consulting role, or were you working as part of one of their BPO operations? I suggest you speak to one of the agencies to discuss which of the firms would be a good fit with your skillset, or go along to one of the careers evenings that some of the firms are running at the moment...
