I have been offered a place at EY's new advisory practice, for more money, and an immediate hire as a consultant (making me skip effectively 12 months of heirarchy)what do you think? Is this a good move or not? Im desperate for some advice!Thank you

Have you enjoyed Accenture? I am joining in August and at the various times I have met them they seem to enjoy themselves.Are you a tech-head or a finance/business sort of chap? Did you find ACN met your expectations? You know there are some nice roles in Accenture if you look: for example they have a European Technology Centre in Sophia Antipolis. Consultants based there will travel throughout EMEA.However, I guess since you went for SBA you want to stay away from technology.

Can I ask a few questions and please feel free to ignore them if they are to personal.1) Salary (band) being offered at EY?2) What have they told you you will be doing exactly (building internal capabilities before having client work or not?)3) How did they describe the opportunity?4) What are the key concerns in your mind?5) How are you finding strategy at ACN?
