Hi all, just wondered if EY advisory offer a bonus scheme and if so, at what level does this start. ta.

yes they do, it starts at director level ( just before partner)check the FT of today, they made some big hires from deloitte. are you thinking of going there? if so , how far are you down the recruitment process? what opinions do you have?

Thanks george. I have an offer that i'm mulling over. They are moving into an exciting area of the consultancy spectrum with opportunities to shape the business. However, I reckon it will be chaos in there for a while while they set up

I'm not a grad so wouldnt be relevant to you but, it's competetive and benefits are standard. Best bet is www.vault if you want exact totals etc

I thought this was something new they are just starting, hence not a lot of info out there. How would vault and US salaries help?Thanks anyway.....

I must admit that I am quite shocked when people using anonymous names are relunctant to share salary info.Surely one cannot be using the personal excuse since no one knows who you are.And if you are paranoid that a HR personnel from your company might be reading (and the personnel is crazy enough to check out records to "catch" you) then just round it up to the nearest 5K e.g. 62K to 60K, 74K to 75K.
