Hi All,I am thinking of applying to LogicaCMG. I was wondering what your views were on its work/life balance, its felixible working initiatives (if any), working enviorment, training and people.I just want to make sure its a place i would like to work.Cheers!

Hi there,I can say from experience that LogicaCMG's culture is generally relaxed and the work/life balance is manageable depending on what you're doing and where you are.Not sure what you mean by flex. working initiatives exactly but remember LCMG also has a reputation for underpaying their people. The attrition rate is relatively high because of this. Again though, it depends where you are and what you're doing.Training is generally good but largely project-dependent. That means you don't get a budget.
