Can't advise on the process but I'd expect a very hard sell as they have been pushing this under the guise of "Advisory" for 2 years. They've aggressively recruited in the market but recently I've seen some Partners wanting to leave as they just can't offer the services of some of their competitors and are still ruled by the Audit Practice. However - they're generally a decent Firm and if the can offer the work in the areas of your expertise then worth looking at.

Hi,Here is a brief outline on the interview I had.Why EY - this one was the one requiring the most detail - in ref to competitors, teamwork, leadership, innovative problem solving, which areas most interested in within the advisory area and why as well as what do you know or think about what scheme involves. It was very relaxed, by far the most relaxed interview I have had and there was time at the end to ask questions and have a bit of general chat. I get the impression that personality matters a lot from speaking to people since.Hope that is of some use for you and good luck!Sam
