OK here's the thing: Capgemini told me it is very easy to change OG's / Service Groups once you're in. Now, people do often say this about the company they work for but can anyone tell me how practical this actually is?If I was in TS or OS and found a suitable project in CS could I move groups? I am also told I might have to sign a new contract to do so.What are the thoughts particularly from insiders?D.

Hi,I've not heard of people moving from OS/TS to CS but this could happen I suppose. However, I think it would be difficult to move from OS as they do very little consulting work from what I've seen. It's common for people to move specialisms within CS though.

Thanks.Well, I come from a CS/TS background anyway and kind of got stuck on OS for TUPE reasons and now I'd like to move on, but of course not in OS. So I'm busy meeting my SDM and explaining to her what I want to do and it basically all comes down to the Job Spot - unless you know people that is...I have to build up a network as I hardly know anyone at Cap. Just don't know where to start.Dennis

HiTS to CS if you have the right skills - otherwise forget it as lots of internal politics will stand in you wayThat said they are a very flexible organisation so give t a go !
