Hi All,I'm a second year analyst at one of the "Big 4" consulting firms. I entered the firm in the ERP (Oracle) service line, however, I wish to move to the Strategy arm of Consulting within the same firm.Has anyone made a similar move? Any advice on how to go about it and things to avoid doing?Thanks in advance.

I'm in a similar position to you, but have thus far heard that it's difficult unless you have suitable experience. I'm trying to inch my way there. I don't think it's as simple as A-B.

I've been told similar things about getting experience. It's a fair point.
