I would say all have a very similar pedigree in terms of clients they serve, types of assignments you will be staffed on - and generally how good they will look on your CV a few years down the line.If you've got offers from all three, well done - that's a fine achievement. When mulling over offers, my advice is always to go with the firm where you felt the closest "fit" and "bond" with the individuals you met there. At the end of the day you are going to end up spending a lot of time on assignment with these people - and many nights in hotels with just a few of your colleagues for company. So whether you feel at home with the people is probably the single biggest determinant of how happy you will be 2 years from now.Hope that helps & good luck, Tony
